Yes. Most customers start with a time-boxed pilot focused on a specific team or use case. We define success criteria upfront, and our onboarding team supports you throughout. Most pilots reach their first meaningful outcome within a few weeks.
What deployment options are available?
Credal supports cloud-hosted (multi-tenant), single-tenant cloud, and fully on-premises deployments. The right choice depends on your data residency requirements, existing cloud infrastructure, and internal security policies.
What security certifications does Credal hold?
Credal is SOC 2 Type II certified and supports HIPAA-compliant configurations. We offer GDPR-ready data processing agreements and full audit logging. Our security page and Trust Portal have documentation ready to share with your security team.
Can we bring our own AI models?
Yes. Credal is model-agnostic. You can connect your own Azure OpenAI deployment, self-hosted open-source models, or use Credal's managed access to frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and others. You're never locked into a single provider.
How does Credal handle data access and permissions?
Credal automatically inherits and enforces your existing data permissions. If a user doesn't have access to a document in Google Drive or Confluence, they won't see it in Credal either, enforced at query time, not just at ingestion.
How long does implementation typically take?
Most teams are up and running within days. Connecting data sources and building initial workflows can happen in a single session. A full enterprise rollout including SSO and custom workflows typically takes a few weeks depending on scope.
