Ravin Thambapillai

Co-Founder and CEO

Ravin spent 7 years at Palantir building AI powered systems in large financial institutions, life sciences organizations, and public health institutions. Before that, he was in the trenches and leading teams at Google, THG (IPOd), and GoCardless (Unicorn).

Jack Fischer

Co-Founder and CTO

Jack started his career at early H1 and then joined Palantir. As a tech lead, he led teams applying Al in areas from air travel to healthcare to US defense, including Palantir's first cash generative project in Life Sciences. Jack was also the engineering Hiring Manager for Palantir's commercial business, building Palantir's next generation of talent.

Ria Balli

Founding Engineer

Ria studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon and has focused her education on software systems and design. During her time in school, she developed a diverse software product design background by working on embedded devices, financial applications, assistive technology, and XR systems. Prior to joining Credal she interned at Jump Trading, a leading proprietary trading firm.

Jessica Shen

COO

Jessica joined Credal from Bloom, a YC-backed consumer fintech / edtech startup, where she led operations & product as the sole business hire. Outside of work, she started Asian Founders Club, a community that brings together AAPI founders and creators in NYC.

Livia Seibert

Founding Engineer

Livia joined Credal from Google, where she spent 2.5 years working on data exfiltration boundaries for Google Cloud Platform projects and on backup encryption for Android devices. Prior to that, she studied electrical and computer engineering at Duke with a focus on computer architecture.

Betsy Pu

Founding Engineer

Betsy brings experience from Atlassian and Bloomberg. She joins Credal from a startup where she helped create novel systems for exploring high scale visual information and worked on performance sensitive scaled infrastructure. Betsy studied computer science at Princeton.

Shyryn Ospanova

Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Prior to Credal, Shyryn worked on applied AI projects across speech, vision, and robotics, from developing reinforcement learning systems for autonomous racing to building radiology tools with voice-assisted dictation. She has published research in IEEE and Nature on epidemiological modeling and cancer imaging. Shyryn studied Systems Science and Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys occasional endurance running and visiting museum exhibitions.

Dae Lim Chung

Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Before Credal, Dae Lim co-founded Blume, an AI accounting startup backed by Robin Hood Catalyst. He built computer-vision and language-model systems at Columbia, and conducted privacy research at Dartmouth’s Trust Lab published at IEEE SaTML. Dae Lim studied Computer Science at Dartmouth College and Columbia University.

Xavier Warmerdam

Forward Deployed Software Engineer

Xavier joined Credal after co-founding an agentic GTM startup, where he was the technical lead. Prior to that, he worked as a data engineer at Qualtrics, designing and maintaining data pipelines for some of the world’s largest companies. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Christian Oberheide

Founding Engineer

Christian brings a decade of experience across companies of all sizes and industries. He joins us from Peloton where he supported the decomposition of their legacy monolith. Prior to that, he spent 4 years at Facebook leading various performance and reliability efforts across their infrastructure.

Joe Paolicelli

Founding Engineer

Joe spent 6 years at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, taking on a number of roles, including building mission control software and participating in flight operations for two Mars rover missions. He majored in Computer Science at the George Washington University.

Cameron Gutterman

Founding Deployment Strategist

Cameron joined Credal from MongoDB, where he built Guardian, a Credal-powered security response bot that transformed how MongoDB handled customer security and compliance questions. He also led GRC compliance work across PCI DSS, SOC 2, and HDS, while managing security relationships with some of MongoDB's most strategic customers. Outside of work, he enjoys open water swimming and playing water polo.
